We launched operations in 2009 supporting the Information Assurance and Cybersecurity needs of the Department of Defense. Over the past decade, Vangarde has developed an in-house Cybersecurity Team to streamline repeatable processes in the completion of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages following both the Risk Management Framework (RMF) methodology and other emerging cybersecurity control frameworks.
Vangarde's Technology Team is a group of highly skilled and certified IT professionals who have backgrounds that include Software Development, Network Administration, System Administration, Desktop Support, Incident Management, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Program Management, Government Finance, Asset Management, Vulnerability Assessment, and more. Certifications held by team members include DoD approved 8570 baseline ceritfications for Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Levels I, II, and III, Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Levels I, II, and II, and Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Levels I and II.
